This is a hornbill and a dwarf mongoose. They have a symbiotic relationship. When the mongoose forages around it scares bugs out of the grass which are then easy pickings for the hornbill. In turn the hornbill is an early warning system for predators for the mongoose.
The hornbill will actually hang around the mongoose mounds in the morning waiting for them/waking them up to start the day.
